Growing the Best Tomatoes You’ve Ever Had
Really good tomatoes come from really strong tomato plants. We make sure each of our plants has the best possible start to its life by providing a strong foundation of our premium soil mix and compost that we make ourselves. Our team calls the plants “our dependents” because they depend on us for everything and we are happy to provide whatever they need!
Tomato Research
We dedicate time to “tomato research” so that we stay on the cutting edge of tomato and horticulture research and technology. Genetically modified organisms (GMOs) got an unfair negative reputation at some point, but GMO research and GM seeds are very important to food security.
We grow a combination of GM plants that provide us with a wide variety of type, size, and flavour of tomatoes, and we grow many heirloom tomato plants as well. We evaluate our lighting and watering systems every year to be sure we are giving our dependents the best shot possible with whatever new technology has been developed by our greenhouse lighting and automation partners.
